Essential and Marginal Task/Duties/Demands

  • Responsible for all NA locations’ consolidation and reporting of month end close, forecast and strat plan financials into regional management and Lippstadt, HQ-Monthly/Qrtly/Year-End. Responsible to ensure financials are reported accurately and timely. This requires confirming HFM uploads are correct and conducting high level financial analysis such as variance analyses.  Regional variance analysis to be submitted to HQ along with results.
  • Oversee Regional Treasury functions including consolidation and analysis of NA cash for weekly NDS, ME & RCF..
  • Implement and maintain effective NA and HQ processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including month end close process and intercompany reconciliations
  • Become the regional expert for HFM reporting and work closely with HQ Group Controller to resolve any issues related to NA reporting.
  • Responsible for rolling out new/updated LEO business processes, procedures, policies and or new programs with regard to FC and also the NA HBPO organization as required
  • Provide training to new Controllers with the NA region as required
  • Create Forecast or Strat Plan for any new HBPO legal entities/locations as required during BP cycle 
  • Perform plant internal control audits in NA region as directed by Director of Finance
  • Prepare presentations for Director of Finance as required. Prepare any ad hoc analysis as required
  • Coordinate transfer pricing studies for region
  • Manage process improvement projects as required
  • Understand and comply with company EHS policy    


Marginal Functions Duties

  • Oversee/Backup: Troy A/P, A/R. Cash Management, Project Accounting & Location Financials for HQ location as required
  • Payroll reconciliation/verification and sign-off prior to payroll being submitted to Paycor
  • Back up: Review and signoff of Supplier Payments and Employee Expense Reports
